CHALET UTOPIA

A bespoke and exciting property set in a quiet location in Montriond, just outside Morzine. It offers breath taking views and quick access to ski areas of Morzine, Avoriaz and Les Gets. A stunning, light and spacious chalet with 5/6 en-suite rooms sleeping up to 14. A perfect choice for groups and families looking for a luxurious ski break.

Our chalet is equipped with all you may need to feel right at home during your stay. Just relax in the lounge with a glass of wine. With its large log burner, it is a perfect space to enjoy a board game or a book. Unwind and soak up the sunset in the outdoor hot-tub after a day on the slopes, while children play a game of table football, Mario Kart or watch a film in the cinema room.

With panoramic windows framing the landscape, double height ceilings and incredible amount of space and light, it is a true gem of modern architecture. Tastefully decorated in keeping with the trends in contemporary interior design. Complemented by original art including the works of local painters and printmakers as well as classics supplied by the award winning Watermill Bookshop and Art Gallery for you to enjoy. The chalet offers plenty of room to accommodate different activities of the group members without compromising on comfort and atmosphere of your stay. We have always been passionate about creating a homely, happy and comfortable spaces, handpicking all the finishing touches like decorations, crockery and textiles. BEDROOMS

Our chalet offers a selection of double, twin and family rooms providing a great flexibility of layout. One family room with a single bed in a cosy nook . Two further rooms form a spacious private duplex with a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC. All lovingly decorated to make them homely and welcoming. High quality beds and linen, cosy duvets, extra pillows and luxurious throws guarantee a good night's sleep.

LOUNGE

We made sure that chalet lounge feels homely and relaxing. It is a beautiful space designed to accommodate all guests comfortably. With soft throws and lighting, abundance of cushions and comfy sofas for you to snuggle up on. Panoramic windows frame the breath taking mountain view. Here you can fully unwind with a glass of wine and a good book. Or grab a bottle of our own Mountain Utopia IPA and chat with your friends. Or simply enjoy the ever changing scenery while listening to the crackling of the fire. In the lounge you will find a Netflix TV with a movie hard drive and an abundance of board games. Enjoy a vast, curated collection of modern classics and coffee table books, courtesy of our friends at  the Watermill Bookshop.

DINING AND BAR

The dining table is the heart of the chalet and a wonderful place to catch up and discuss the adventures of the day. With a 5 metre long table, there is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Enjoy the menu tailored to your needs and desires. Savour the relaxed atmosphere of candlelit dining with your nearest and dearest. When you fancy an aperitif, or the time comes for the night cap, you will find your favourite tipple in our beautiful vintage globe bar.

RELAXATION

Our big, south facing garden with sunny decking gives you unparalleled views of the valley. Here, you can celebrate your holiday with a glass of champagne in the hot tub while watching Morzine's weekly firework display. All balconies and the terrace are great sun traps furnished with loungers, bean bags and hammocks. They make those morning cups of tea and the lazy spring time afternoons extra special. Would you like a relaxing massage or a private sunset yoga session on the terrace? Remember, we're here to make your holiday perfect.

CINEMA AND GAMES

Sometimes all you want after a day on the slopes is to cuddle up with your loved ones and watch your favourite film. In a private little cinema. Or maybe test your skills with a Mario Kart race on the big screen. Or grab a beer and play some table football/poker with your friends. We've got you covered. We also have popcorn.

BOOKING TERMS

Our winter prices 2020/21 are  the price is for sole occupancy of the chalet for up to 12/14 guests.
We operate Sunday to Sunday.

Please contact us to confirm availability and your requirements

Payment of deposit (30%) confirms your booking
On receipt of the deposit we will e-mail you a Booking Form for details of your group members
We will then send you an invoice for the holiday cost
The balance is due no later than ten weeks before your arrival date
We will be in contact to discuss your requirements for airport transfers, ski passes, ski/board hire and instruction

Payment is in Pounds Sterling via UK bank transfer to our uk bank account.
A deposit of 30% and a signed guest list booking form is required to secure the booking.
Full Payment is due 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.

We have some Covid-19 specific payment plans in place and we can share these with you along with our updated Covid-19 Ts & Cs that we shall keep in place until at least the end of 2020.
