The Food

Are you ready to be spoiled rotten? We believe in great food being an essential part of your ski holiday. All our meals are prepared with skill and care using the highest quality ingredients. We are passionate about working with local produce and foraged goods to deliver exceptional feasts for all senses. Carefully choosing sustainable and cruelty free ingredients while appreciating seasonal nature of farming enables us to offer dishes that are fresh, balanced and satisfying. Our expertise covers the British, French, Eastern European and Khmer cuisine, but our skills don't end there. We will happily tailor the dining experience to your individual needs and desires. We are here to make your holiday perfect. We won't lie, it is a matter of ambition. We want our menu to be the highlight of your stay.

The dining table is the heart of the chalet and a wonderful place to catch up and discus the adventures of the day. A relaxing candlelit 4 course evening meal is a great opportunity to just stop and appreciate the atmosphere, surroundings and company of your friends and family. Enjoy exciting seasonally changing menu in a homely, informal environment. Is there anything particular that you fancy? Let us know, we do like a challenge.

Package Options

Our standard package is a three course menu with starter, main and dessert, we also include fizz and canapes on the arrival night of you stay whether you book 5 nights or 1 night only, prices start from €75,00pppn for a minimum of six guests.  We can add in additional options as you wish so you do not have to pay for options you do not fancy. We can include pre dinner apero platters and cocktails, cheese board with chutneys and homemade crackers, after dinner petit fours and coffee or even the luxurious chefs table taster menu of 5, 6 and 7 courses. All options include red and white table wine with wine upgrades and pairing available also on request.

If you wish for a classic catered ski holiday in your own property, we can offer breakfast and afternoon tea along with kids meals for 5 days and nights with 2 days off in the stay. We can set you up with a traditional raclette dinner with wine including raclette cheese, charcuterie platter, pickles, breads, dips and boiled potatoes finished with a simple dessert, which will be prepared, delivered and set up for you to have at your leisure on one evening, all for just €25,00pp.
